Trademark is a sign that can be presented graphically in the form of pictures, logos, names, words, letters, numbers, colour composition, in 2 (two) dimensional forms and/ or 3 (three) dimensional forms, sounds, holograms, or a combination of 2 (two) or more of such elements to distinguish the products and/ or services produced by a person or legal entity in the trade activities of goods and/ or services;

A registered mark owner has the following rights:

1. Mark registration provides an evidence for the owner who is given an exclusive right by the State to use the registered mark;
2. The owner of a registered mark has the right to allow or to forbid other party to use their mark;
3. The owner of a registered mark has the right to transfer and/ or give license to other party.
